A long time ago when i was seven
A junior member of Warez Heaven
The impulse to download i did feel
It was so strong, i'd skip a meal...
When i used to feel like downloading
There was nothing, i had to care
But then German capitalistic bastards
Came up with Rapidshare.
They limited my downloads
And my bandwidth they did mock
When all i ever wanted was
To download a movie, Hancock
They made me weep, they made me cry
They made me kiss my freedom goodbye
Just when i thought the world was free
They came up with yet another allergy
They limited the premium accounts
Even though the fee we paid
Our grief, our sadness, knew no bounds
Warez patrons, in their coffins laid
Alas! those sly Germans
Whom from the Nazis did begun
Had managed to create a system
Which so compromised our freedom
And starting from now all kith and kin
And all my kraut friends from within
Shalt supply us with premium 'counts
So we can download without any bounds!
Hark! I stand for Digital Freedom
I, me, myself - a fearless threesome
Cloaked with armor, staff and knave
Will face the jury on judgement day!
